    Opt-Out Option

Orbis provides eligible employees with the choice to forgo benefits. By declining health, dental, and vision insurance coverage for a specific plan year, employees can receive cash payments instead. To qualify for this Opt-Out Arrangement, participants must demonstrate enrollment in another employer-sponsored group health plan or have 'minimum essential coverage' from an alternate source during the plan year.
